 Employees of the Month for May

This award and was established to recognise team work and respect for each other, high standards of care and attention to Residents, going over and beyond the call of duty. Staff members get nominated by their peers and each nominee’s merits are discussed and contemplated by Management and the final deciding vote is made by our Care Manager Smith.

Congratulations to Rejani, who is a Night Senior and has worked at the Devonshire for three years. She was awarded employee of the month for her performance. She has consistent standards of care and has shown good leadership skills on night shift and training new night staff.

Congratulations to Hamidu, who has been at the Devonshire for a year and works in two departments. Some days he is working in the Laundry and on other days he is a Housekeeper.

Both Staff work well with their teams with high standards and go above and beyond their duty of care.
