Our Residents are our best teachers, so it’s im-portant we understand (in depth) the responsibility we’re given to makea difference to the wellbeing of our Residents. Step-ping into their shoes, the Dementia Experience enables us to further understand the perspective of what it’s like to touch, feel and see through the eyes of someone living with dementia

ADVOCATE’S MEETING
Our Resident’s Advocate’s meetings are held four times a year. The purpose of these meetings are to discuss any issues or concerns, as well as brainstorm ideas.
