Untypically held on 1st March alongside St David’s Day, our Residents combined these two days with ease as we enjoyed some great tastes of Shrove Tuesday. Topping the fun, we held a fact filled quiz.

A month that celebrated Shrove Tuesday and International Women’s Day, as well as St Patricks and St David’s Day, it’s no wonder our Residents were smiling. From movie ‘days’ to bowling and reading, things are looking up in 2022.

WE HAD AN OLYMPIAN IN OUR MIDST
Peter L’s granddaughter competed in three Olympic Games! Sarah Lindsay is a British track-skater, winning bronze in Norway in 1994. Peter shone with pride as he watched his granddaughter’s smile glisten across the snow, presenting on the BBC. Asking to be moved “closer” for a front row seat! Whenever Sarah was on tv, we got our skates on so Peter could tune in.
