LIFE AT THE DEVONSHIRE - FABULOUS FEB!

Love was in the air with plenty of compassionate care as cupid aimed his arrow towards more beloved friendships! With spirits uplifted higher than the balloons on our board, our Residents fell in love with our array of activities, were delighted by the flowers on display and were charmed by our welcoming atmosphere.

Ferrer Rocher

Our compassionate care team wore red to mark the occasion, handed out a single red rose to each Resident, and built ‘mount Ferrero Rocher’ for a sweet touch.

Devika was lost for words as she found her voice to say ‘Thank you’ for her beautiful flower. A joyful Jacqueline and blushing Barbara loved this gorgeous gesture.

Sky was the limit as we were raised by the power of love. Joan, Winifred and Margaret R received their ‘buds’ whilst sat with friends!

SHROVE TUESDAY

Our Residents shared a sweet moment to savour on Shrove Tuesday as we went flipping mad for this charming of all days. With just a dash of happiness and a sprinkle of joy, dessert was far from deserted on the 21st of February!

Topping up on fun, Brenda J could barely wait to savour our stack load of flavour.

ARRAY OF ACTIVITIES

Our dementia friendly activities are purposefully designed to spark memories. With every memory a window into the past, let’s peek at how we aim to build connections to slot that ‘final piece’ in the jigsaw, to enable ‘moments of magic’.
