Mum is happier, calmer and altogether better since she joined the Devonshire last October. Less agitated than she was in her last home. She is now happy to have carers bath her - which she didn't previously and she enjoys the music group and says the food is very good. She is always treated with great dignity and never forced to do anything. Carers have been brilliant with mum and know how to approach her and encourage her when needed.
