We celebrated the Birthdays of Jacquie and Kathleen F. Each Resident had a lovely day spent with family and our care team.

We want to congratulate Daniel in recognition of his dedication, passion and hard work.

ASSISTANT MANAGER: DANIEL LUYIMA

Daniel grew up in Uganda, where the culture is to respect your elders. He started work at the Devonshire in August 2018 and soon earned a leadership role as a senior member of his team and is now an Assistant Manager. Daniel has a bachelor’s degree from Makerere University in procurement. He has completed validation training, is a First Aid and Fire Marshall and a qualified dementia mapper from the University of Bradford. He is currently completing his QCF level 4 in Health and Social Care. Daniel is a qualified Positive Approach to Care® (PAC) Champion and is training to become a PAC️ Champion Coach. Daniel loves being part of the Devonshire, feeling satisfied at the end of each day because he has made a positive impact on the wellbeing of our Residents.
